DescriptionRole : Senior Operations ProcessorLocation : Abu DhabiRole Purpose: Processing of all Treasury products for HO & International Branches including review accounting and enquiries from other departments. Perform key control Functions ensuring adequate record maintenance MIS reporting and audit co-ordination.Key Accountabilities of the roleReceive and verify transaction source documentation from front office and compare with system / deal tickets. Once verified upload the document with relevant deal in AG system.Processing of all Treasury products for HO & International BranchesGenerate settlement report (morning) and park in TROPS including TIFO MAP.Removal of incoming messages for AED/SAR/CNY currencies from Intellect.Perform reconciliation of transactions / accounts taking corrective action on outstanding items and escalating any long outstanding items.Verification of all transactions against day end journal reports (phoenix teller & sungard interface).Investigate customer / correspondent bank inquiries and provide solutions to solve reported issues.Checking of end of day payments reports when required.Verify intellimatch reports.Ensure proper process is followed for all new FX Waad/MM agreements received.Monthly MIS reporting and ensure timely submission of month end reports to ICD.Ensure that proper and organized filing / diary system of all department records is maintained and archival is done on a timely basis.Undertake training programs to improve knowledge in order to enhance role performance.Maintain discipline punctuality good team spirit and service standards.Ensure compliance to ADIB policies procedures sharia guidelines and standards.Assist to earn satisfactory audit rating from regulators Internal Audit and Sharia.Undertake additional assignments/projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per target dates.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Profound knowledge towards TIFO products preferably FX & Money MarketRequired Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
