DescriptionRole :Senior Operations OfficerLocation : DubaiRole Purpose:Support ADIB Capital Limited in daily operations of investment funds /discretionary mandates and other financial products covering trade execution investor servicing compliance and coordination with service providers.Key Accountabilities of the roleKey ResponsibilitiesManage the full trade lifecycle of equities and Sukuk: capture execution settlement and reconciliation across asset classesOversee NAV calculations with fund administratorsHandle investor activity including subscriptions redemptions capital calls and distributions in line with fund documents and regulatory requirementsProcess and track invoices accruals and fund-related expensesAssist in preparing fund factsheets and investor reportsMaintain fund accounting systems and ensure data integrityPrepare DFSA filings and regulatory notifications for fundsAct as main contact for audits: prepare schedules respond to auditor queries coordinate with administratorsServe as liaison with custodians administrators and third-party service providersSupport due diligence onboarding and monitoring of service providersCoordinate KYC/AML documentation requests with service providersAssist Management and the Team in ad hoc requestsProfile:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proficiency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelGood technical understanding of various asset classesSpecialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:4 years of experience in fund operations or fund administration preferably within a DIFC based financial services firmRequired Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
