Senior Operations Manager

<div><h3>Job Purpose</h3><p>Responsible for leading role ensures that design, planning, and delivery decisions across the project are operable, viable, resilient, and fit for purpose from early master planning through ORAT and activation.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review and ensure integrating operational requirements into master plans, infrastructure, and asset design</li><li>Review and Define operational considerations, requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria for DMP and master‑plan submissions</li><li>Review and challenge operability of and operational requirement of master‑planning and design frameworks</li><li>Review, challenge, and recommend design proposals to ensure effective and efficient operational readiness flow are clearly demonstrated</li><li>Ensure master plans respond to Makkah context conditions, including extreme peak volumes, prayer, seasonality, and user profiles</li><li>Ensure operational and ORAT strategies are robust under peak operational conditions, not average operations</li><li>Review and endorse technical reports and outputs, translating findings into clear planning and design implications</li><li>Prepare client briefings, readiness dashboards, and governance reports to support executive decisions</li><li>Coordinate internally and direct external consultants to ensure alignment with client expectations and master‑planning objectives</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
