This role is focused on operational excellence in live environments. You will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly, teams perform at a high level, and partners feel confident throughout the execution.You will work closely with Strategic Event Managers on complex projects, translating operational plans into flawless on-site execution. This is a hands‑on role for someone experienced in live operations who can lead teams, enforce standards, and take control of situations when needed.Key Responsibilities1. Onsite Leadership & Execution:Lead the onsite execution of medium and large-scale eventsAct as the main operational reference point during live eventsEnsure all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and on time2. Team Management (Onsite Staff):Coordinate and lead onsite staff (coordinators, temporary staff, suppliers)Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understoodProactively identify underperformance and correct it in real timeMaintain high standards of professionalism and execution3. Operational Excellence & Standards:Ensure processes and tools are correctly applied onsiteDetect and fix operational issues immediatelyMaintain consistency and quality across all event setups4. Partner Interaction (Onsite):Act as the main point of contact for partners during event executionProvide confidence, clarity, and quick responses to any situationRepresent Fever with professionalism and control5.
