About the job Contracts Manager (Onshore Projects)Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual, commercial, and legal aspects of major oil & gas projects across both pre-award and post-award phases. This role includes managing client and vendor agreements, risk reviews, claims, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in EPC/EPCM environments and a proven track record working on ADNOC or similar high-value projects.Key ResponsibilitiesContracts with ClientsPartnering agreements with potential partnersExclusivity/tie-up arrangements with vendors/subcontractors, including, contractual terms and conditions with key potential vendors/subcontractorsRisk review process including, identification, mitigation and management of contractual risksEnsure compliance with commercial procedures and that best practice is established, and promote continuous improvement to protect Company's commercial positionEnsure that there are adequate commercial resources within the commercial team to meet the needs of the pre award/bidding activitiesEnsure all commercial team members have clear roles, responsibilities, accountability and established authority levelsRequired Qualification and Skills15+ years of experience in contracts management within oil & gas sectorStrong negotiation, analytical, and risk management skillsSolid understanding of international contracting practices and legal frameworksCandidates with ADNOC project experience will be given preference#J-18808-Ljbffr
