Job DescriptionPenspen is urgently looking to hire forJob DescriptionPenspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior HSE Engineer (Project – Offshore) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects of offshore projects, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, international standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture across all project phases.Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk management strategies.Conduct hazard identification (HAZID), risk assessments, and safety studies for offshore construction and operationsEnsure compliance with local regulations, international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, OHSAS, API, IMO), and company HSE policiesSupervise offshore HSE activities during construction, installation, and commissioningOrganize HSE induction, training, and competency programs for offshore personnelCoordinate with construction, mechanical, electrical, and marine teams to ensure safe execution of activitiesDevelop and maintain emergency response plans for offshore operationsLead emergency drills and evaluate effectiveness of response proceduresPrepare HSE performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management reviewMaintain records of audits, inspections, and incident investigationsExperience RequiredMinimum 15 to 18+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations, risk management, and emergency responseCertifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred)Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.Job DetailsRole Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Abu Dhabi Company Website: http://www.penspen.com Job Function: Management Company Industry/Sector: Professional ServicesWhat We OfferAbout The CompanySearching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
