<p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Penspen is urgently looking to hire for</p><p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Penspen is urgently looking to hire for<strong>Senior HSE Engineer (Project – Offshore)</strong>for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.<br><br><strong>Qualification Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>The candidates should have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead and manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects of offshore projects, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, international standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture across all project phases.</li><li>Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and risk management strategies.</li><li>Conduct hazard identification (HAZID), risk assessments, and safety studies for offshore construction and operations</li><li>Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, OHSAS, API, IMO), and company HSE policies</li><li>Supervise offshore HSE activities during construction, installation, and commissioning</li><li>Organize HSE induction, training, and competency programs for offshore personnel</li><li>Coordinate with construction, mechanical, electrical, and marine teams to ensure safe execution of activities</li><li>Develop and maintain emergency response plans for offshore operations</li><li>Lead emergency drills and evaluate effectiveness of response procedures</li><li>Prepare HSE performance reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management review</li><li>Maintain records of audits, inspections, and incident investigations<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience Required<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 15 to 18+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.</li><li>Strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations, risk management, and emergency response</li><li>Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred)</li><li>Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.</li><li>Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.<br><br></li></ul>Job Details<br><br>Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Abu Dhabi Company Website: http://www.penspen.com Job Function: Management Company Industry/<br><br>Sector: Professional Services<br><br>What We Offer<br><br><strong>About The Company<br><br></strong>Searching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
