Job Description
To manage all DSO shared services functions in coordination with DIEZ and make sure services are delivered with quality and on time.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor level degree in a relevant subject; CMA certification preferred.5+ years’ experienceEnglish language required (advanced)General software knowledge (MS Office, etc.)IT technical KnowledgeFacility Management Knowledge (added advantage)Support ServicesEnsure all service for DSO business units are functioning as per the Service Level Agreement and within dedicated deadlines.Monitor DSO & Client dashboard in daily basis to ensure business operation.Daily tracking of the service level agreement (SLA) KPI and proceed with require action for any discrepancies.Review and analyze SLA monthly reporting and provide summary reports to the Management on quarterly basis.Conduct monthly/quarterly review meeting with DIEZ FTE related to SLA finding.Manage and operate all systems enquiries, transactions & enhancement solution, custom report and create BRD based on the requirements with IT Dept.Prepare monthly report for all open/undelivered services and analyze the impact with the financial cost if applicable and raise it to the management.Categorize customer satisfaction survey and coordinate with FTE for improvement plan and implementation.One point of contact for all DIEZ enquiries.Coordinate with the CU to provide assistance to the Reporting Team, in preparation of yearly OPEX/CAPEX budget for DIEZ (Revenue & Expenses)To assist in raising purchase requests in F&O system.Conduct regular physical site inspections across all DSO premises and prepare inspection reports, accordingly, ensuring that all identified findings are rectified within the agreed timeline in coordination with the concerned departments.Review and verify all submitted requests, CAPEX, etc from DIEZ Depts and provide summary details for each enquiry.Handle & resolve all DSO & Clients enquiries related to CU Depts.Responsible to verify any change request from DIEZ related to the pricing fees list.Provide assistance to other section in general duties.Adhere to DSO Policies and Procedures.Any other duties assigned by the line manager/department head from time to time.To be available during emergency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
