Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:This role is primarily responsible to 1) Process Trade Finance related applications / documents as per the laid down procedures and meet service standard. 2) Investigate records / files in order to establish or clarify facts required to progress queries raised internally and externally 3) To undertake specialised technical duties/assignments related to Trade Finance.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Policies Systems Processes & ProceduresFollow all relevant departmental policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Demonstrate compliance to organizations values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the bank.Continuous ImprovementContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems processes and practices considering global standards productivity improvement and cost reduction.ReportingAssist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements policies and quality standards.OtherMaintain zero operational lossAdherence to SLA and Customer TATAchieve satisfactory Internal/external Audit OCS and OR ratingsSupport in achieving high Customer Satisfaction ScoreSupport in achieving high rate of employee satisfaction.Adhere to Training Man-Days for selfExecute departmental initiatives as advisedTo Process transactions related to Trade Finance Products within laid down procedures.Liaise with customers and resolve queries/problemsEnsuring timely updation of transactions in the relevant systems.Ensuring timely review/revision of SOPConduct investigation to rectify errorsEnsuring attending all incoming messages within SLA system upgradation and Technical assistance to team members.Prepare statistical data for internal and external relationshipDeal with customer/counterpart in other banks to respond to queries and problemsCorrespondence of routine nature with customers and other external/internal contacts.To identify risk in day to day operations and bring to attention of managementTo provide technical guidance to customers when neededTo suggest ideas and strive for continuos process improvementTo expedite transactions of unusual natureTo hold records in custody as per designation memoTo ensure safe custody of records.Any other duty/task as entrusted by the Dept Manager/HeadQualifications :Minimum QualificationGraduate (Preferably in Commerce / Financial Services/Banking & Finance etc.) and preferably CDCS.Minimum ExperienceMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Trade Finance.Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
