Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Learning & Development Senior Officer will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning and development initiatives within the organization.Manage Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) programs end-to-end, including training plan coordination, employee nominations, registrations, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure optimal utilization of EIF learning opportunities.Support the coordination of the ETHRAA programme, including logistics, scheduling, and participant follow‑up.Assist in the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrolment, user management, and completion tracking.Coordinate and manage internal and external training initiatives, including classroom sessions, workshops, e‑learning programs, and vendor‑led training to support employee capability development across the bank.Oversee the rollout and monitoring of mandatory regulatory training required by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), ensuring timely completion and full compliance across all employees.Prepare and present training reports, learning analytics, and program effectiveness insights to management to support continuous improvement of learning initiatives.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in HR, business administration, Management or a related field.Minimum 2‑3 years Learning & Development experience in Banking.Having in‑depth knowledge of banking operations.Having in‑depth knowledge on banking regulatory framework.#J-18808-Ljbffr
