Senior Officer, HSE (Transportation Safety)

Job PurposePerforming activities that support effective implementation of the company HSE Control framework with regards to Transportation Safety. Drives influence on all company Onshore Contractor and Sub‑Contractors to comply and adhere to the Transportation Safety Corporate Manual and Corporate Practices requirements.Key AccountabilitiesEnsure effective implementation of company Onshore Transportation Safety standards across all operations while having a solid grip on insights and details corresponding to company and contractor’s drivers, vehicles, and road infrastructure.Conduct regular field audits, inspections, and spot checks on vehicles, drivers, and journey management systems to verify compliance and identify gaps.Monitor and analyze driver behaviour and vehicle performance data (IVMS, AFDD, DMS, telematics, GPS) to detect unsafe trends and develop improvement actions, as well enforce corrective actions.Verify contractor compliance with company Onshore road safety requirements through systematic checks and performance reviews.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & SkillsMinimum Qualification:Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or other relevant discipline.Internationally recognized certification in Transportation Safety.#J-18808-Ljbffr
