Senior Officer, Fixed Assets&Projects (Emiratised Role)

<div><h3>Key Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure that work activities are in line with Bank’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s).</li><li>Recoveries from International Branches/Entities</li><li>Fixed Assets Management</li><li>Project Accounting</li><li>Coordination with Internal&External stakeholders</li><li>Preparation of MIS</li><li>Contribute to continuous Process improvement</li><li>Any other activities as assigned by the Supervisor</li></ul><h3>Job Specific Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Monthly reconcile recovery GL account for each international branch/entity</li><li>Send monthly details through email to each international branch/entity SPOC within agreed timelines</li><li>Follow-up with international branch/entity SPOC for confirmation</li><li>Prepare fusion&T24 upload entries to debit international branch/entity account post confirmation</li><li>Capitalization&Tagging of Fixed Assets on monthly basis</li><li>Ensure the accuracy of asset entries processed</li><li>Maintain CIP Asset details for tracking and capitalization.</li><li>Do half yearly spot check of assets to ensure they are tagged.</li><li>Maintain the Project status with WIP details for monthly review</li><li>Follow-up with Project manager to ensure accuracy and timely closure of projects.</li><li>Perform the capitalization of assets related to Projects.</li><li>Proofing of GL Accounts pertaining to Recovery, FA, Projects and CIP</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
