Senior MOD Sales Engineer

Country: United Arab EmiratesLocation: Otis L.L.C 37th floor The One Tower Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai United Arab EmiratesThe role holder is responsible for supporting the MOD sales operations including negotiating new contracts ensuring contract renewal and implementing unit recovery strategies to grow the market share of Otis. The role holder is also responsible to validate the terms and conditions are met during implementation by the operation team. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all MOD & off-portfolio BEX enquiries from end to end.Prepares estimates and issues quotations for additional repairs upgradation of units and modernization.Liaises with clients to negotiate maintenance contract renewals ensuring all potential client risks are addresses under the renewal terms.Develops a strong relationship with clients by regularly engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.Securing S-orders and BEX-ordersManage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customersServe as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiriesDevelop new customers via cold calling networking bids and tendersDevelop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targetsUse Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities pipeline and forecast sales resultsConduct sales negotiations and close dealsCollaborate with fellow team members including other sales representatives and field colleaguesMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalentRelevant certification such as Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent is preferredMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience with sales operations in a construction/engineering organizationAt least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilitiesFluent written and spoken English essential Arabic preferredOtis is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
