Senior Mechanical Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical engineering activities and leading a talented team of engineers. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that mechanical designs and systems are developed and implemented according to project specifications and industry best practices. Your leadership will be essential in driving innovation, efficiency, and quality in our mechanical engineering projects.As a Senior Mechanical Manager, you will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. You will provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and represent the mechanical department in project meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to advance their career in a collaborative and dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience managing engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality assurance processes.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in relevant engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.Mechanical Professional Engineering License is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
