Senior Mechanical Engineer – MEP Construction

Job SummaryOne of our clients in Dubai is looking for Senior Mechanical EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesReview mechanical drawings, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projectsCapable to review HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems designs.Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractor and consultant.Prepare coordinated and detailed shop drawings for submission and site coordination.Perform engineering calculations to support design work.Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors.Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with Senior Engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University. A minimum of 8 years of MEP Contracting knowledge and experience. Good knowledge and understanding of the basic Mechanical Engineering design and analysis.
