Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of expertise in Project Management Services (CMS) for diverse projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical leadership, overseeing mechanical engineering aspects, and ensuring the successful execution of PMC projects.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise and leadership in mechanical engineering for CMS projects.Mentor and guide junior engineers within the mechanical discipline.Participate in the development of project plans and mechanical design concepts.Ensure alignment of mechanical designs with project objectives and client expectations.Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of mechanical systems and components.Conduct regular reviews to verify compliance with project specifications.Act as a technical point of contact for clients, addressing mechanical engineering aspects and providing technical guidance.Present and discuss mechanical design proposals with clients for approval.Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.Ensure seamless coordination between different project phases.Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing queries and ensuring proper implementation of mechanical designs.Conduct site visits to monitor mechanical construction activities.Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets and resources effectively within the mechanical discipline.Provide accurate cost estimates for mechanical components.Ensure that all mechanical designs and installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.Collaborate with regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals.Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in mechanical engineering.Implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of mechanical designs.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a significant focus on PMC projects.In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, codes, and standards.Strong project management and coordination skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using mechanical design software.Professional engineering license (PE) or relevant certifications.Experience in managing mechanical aspects of CMS projects in diverse sectors.#J-18808-Ljbffr
