This establishment underscores our dedication to innovation and engineering excellence, bolstering our position in the dynamic GCC market.</p><h3>Senior Materials Engineer</h3><p>We are recruiting a Senior Materials Engineer to support the delivery of major PMC road and infrastructure projects within Riyadh. This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in materials engineering, quality assurance, and laboratory/testing oversight within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as the technical authority for materials compliance across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and quality requirements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead materials engineering scope across the program, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.</li><li>Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, method statements, and ITPs.</li><li>Oversee testing and quality control for asphalt, concrete, aggregates, soil, and pavement materials.</li><li>Supervise laboratory operations, field testing, and inspection activities.</li><li>Monitor contractor compliance with QA/QC requirements and project specifications.</li><li>Lead resolution of NCRs, technical issues, and material-related site challenges.</li><li>Coordinate with design, construction, and supervision teams to ensure material suitability.</li><li>Support audits, reporting, and handover documentation.</li><li>Mentor materials engineers and inspectors across packages.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in materials engineering for road/highway or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong experience in asphalt, concrete, pavement, and soil testing.</li><li>Experience working within PMC/consultancy or supervision roles.</li><li>Familiarity with international and Saudi standards (AASHTO, ASTM, MOT, etc.).</li><li>Strong reporting, coordination, and communication skills.</li><li>English required (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul><h3>We Offer</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking, synergistic, and innovative team.</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development.</li><li>Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations.</li></ul><p>If you would like to join our highly motivated and very successful team please send us your complete application!</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
