About the RoleAs a Senior Marketing & communications Specialist at MoonTech, you will own MoonTech’s narrative and how it is understood across the market. You will translate strategy into clear messaging, structured communication systems, and a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints. You will ensure MoonTech is clearly positioned for brands, investors, creators, and the broader market, supporting both growth and fundraising.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing (Positioning & Strategy):Own MoonTech’s positioning, USP, and messaging architecture across all audiencesDefine clear B2B and B2C narratives (brands, creators, market)Lead market and competitor analysis to continuously refine positioningTranslate business priorities into clear messaging strategyOwn all core marketing outputs: Website messaging, Sales and investor decks, and Event and campaign materials.Define and drive activation calendar aligned with growth and key milestonesCommunications (Execution & Brand Control):Own end-to-end communication strategy and execution across all channelsBuild and manage a structured content and communications calendarEnsure one consistent narrative across all touchpointsDevelop and maintain: Messaging frameworks, FAQs and objection handling, and Internal communication guidelinesLead creative direction and execution with agencies, freelancers, and internal teamsOwn brand consistency and quality control across all outputsDrive PR and media readiness: Founder media prep, Interview messaging, and External communication alignmentInvestor Relations & GTM:Own investor narrative and messaging consistencyPrepare founders for: Fundraising, Investor meetings, and Public and media appearancesBuild structured talking points and Q&A frameworksDefine and manage founder communication strategy (who speaks, when, what)Own GTM messaging alignment across product, marketing, and business teamsEnsure clear, repeatable narratives across launches, campaigns, and growth initiativesQualifications8–10 years in marketing, communications, or product marketing, ideally in tech/startupsProven experience owning positioning and messaging at company levelStrong ability to turn complex products into simple, clear narrativesExperience working directly with founders and senior stakeholdersStrong track record in: Brand and messaging strategy, Content and communication leadership, and Cross-functional alignmentExperience managing: Agencies, Freelancers, and Creative productionStrong execution mindset with high attention to detail and speedExposure to investor communication, PR, and GTM strategyArabic is a mustWhat Success Looks LikeEnsure Mootech is highly visible and top-of-mind across all channels, including social media, press, website, and events.Execute marketing strategies that position the product strongly and deliver measurable impact.Support leadership communications with clear, compelling narratives for LinkedIn posts, press releases, and investor updates.Plan and manage events strategically, ensuring purposeful participation and representation of the company.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain consistent brand messaging and regional relevance.Why Join MoonTech?MoonTech is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform.
