Overview of the RoleThis is a demanding role in a rapidly growing global company. As a Senior Market Researcher for the MENA region you will work in a dynamic virtual and agile environment collaborating with cross-functional teams across Australia Europe the Americas and Africa.You will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio driving revenue growth and positioning our market research solutions as trusted tools for business decision‑making. This role requires a combination of commercial acumen deep understanding of market research methodologies and insight into regional markets.You will work with multi‑national clients across a range of industries supporting business needs including branding communications strategic planning customer experience product development and consumer behaviour.This is a DUBAI UAE based regional client servicing role in a work‑from‑home capacity.Key Performance AreasReporting to the Managing Director: MENA your key roles and responsibilities would include:Business Development and Client AcquisitionDrive new business development across the Middle East region focusing on strategic long‑term client relationships.Identify pursue and convert opportunities in key sectors (FMCG retail telecom public sector).Collaborate with the Managing Director to secure new business and expand accounts through upsell/cross‑sell strategies.Achieve agreed revenue targets and contribute to regional growth.Acquisition of at least THREE new clients in the first 6‑12 months.Client Management and Relationship BuildingAct as a trusted advisor to clients translating business challenges into tailored research solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Coordinate with internal teams (research analytics operations) to deliver high‑quality outcomes.Proposal Development and Commercial ManagementLead proposal development including methodology design pricing and commercial negotiation.Ensure proposals are feasible profitable and aligned with client objectives.Monitor and manage project budgets costs and quotes for research tasks.Market and Competitive IntelligenceTrack market trends competitor activity and emerging research methodologies to inform commercial strategy.Provide insights and recommendations to management on market opportunities and risks.Research Skills and Solution DevelopmentMaintain a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.Work with researchers across the MDI network to design solutions survey questionnaires discussion guides and mobile engagement tasks.Support reporting and insight delivery to clients ensuring actionable recommendations are clear and relevant.Representation and Industry EngagementRepresent the company at regional industry events conferences and client meetings.Promote the companys brand and capabilities to potential clients.Project Management and Delivery OversightManage projects from inception to delivery ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.Liaise with suppliers coding data processing and recruitment agencies to ensure optimal project outcomes.Participate in project planning and review meetings highlighting risks or delays as needed.Data Analysis and Reporting SupportProvide guidance on data quality and QA processes.Collaborate with research teams on analysis interpretation and reporting.Present insights to clients ensuring findings align with their business objectives#J-18808-Ljbffr
