Job Description As a Senior Manager - Supply Chain Design & Strategy at Tata 1mg, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain networks to ensure scalability and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and optimizing fulfillment, warehouse, and distribution networks - Building scenario-based models to balance cost, SLA, and business growth requirements - Supporting network expansion planning and capex evaluation - Developing end-to-end process maps across the order lifecycle - Translating new business initiatives into scalable and executable supply chain workflows - Collaborating closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams - Identifying potential risks, building control checkpoints, and embedding automation - Leading logistics cost benchmarking and productivity improvement initiatives - Improving key operational metrics such as OTIF, fill rate, and inventory turns - Developing dashboards and analytical models for data-driven decision-making - Acting as the supply chain SPOC for new business launches and cross-functional initiatives - Ensuring process compliance, SOP adherence, and implementation of control mechanisms - Presenting structured insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations, preferably in e-commerce or high-growth environments - Strong hands-on experience in network modeling and process design - Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL/BI tools preferred - Structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability - High ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills - B.Tech from a reputed institution; MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred Joining Tata 1mg will provide you with an exciting and high-growth environment, combining the legacy and prestige of Tata with the dynamic startup culture.
