Join us in shaping the future of banking!Job PurposeThe Senior Manager of Strategy Execution Office is responsible for driving hands on delivery of strategic initiatives within their assigned portfolio and ensuring disciplined execution against agreed outcomes, timelines and KPIs. Acting as the execution lead and co-pilot to Business Sponsors, the role mobilizes delivery teams, tracks progress, identifies risks, and drives issue resolution, facilitates end to end oversight of strategic initiatives to enable fast decision making while escalating material risks and dependencies to the Senior AGM & Head of Strategy Execution Office. This role is a doer – leader hybrid: Structured, analytical, and outcome driven with the ability to step in and actively support delivery where business capacity or execution discipline is constrained.
