Senior Manager Sourcing (IT)

Through our data centers, we provide industry benchmark levels of power supply and cooling services to better serve the growing need for data center operations in the UAE and wider region.We are looking for a Senior Manager Sourcing (IT) to join our Corporate Services team. This individual will lead and execute strategic IT and technology sourcing initiatives, including enterprise systems, cloud services, data center technologies, software licensing, digital platforms, managed services, and professional services. The role ensures commercial value, supplier risk management, contract governance, and compliance across the full IT sourcing lifecycle, while partnering closely with IT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, and PMO stakeholders.Some of the key accountabilities are as below:Strategic IT Sourcing & PlanningLead and implement IT sourcing strategies aligned with enterprise technology roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, and cybersecurity requirements.Lead end-to-end IT tendering and RFP processes, including scope definition, market engagement, supplier shortlisting, evaluation, negotiation, award, and contract execution.Manage sourcing of long-term and strategic IT contracts, including:ERP and enterprise applicationsCloud and data center technologiesNetwork, cybersecurity, and infrastructure servicesIT consultancy and system integratorsEnsure robust commercial, contractual, and risk assessments, including SLAs, KPIs, exit clauses, data protection, IP, and business continuity.Lead Contract Negotiation with Vendors to ensure terms and conditions that Favor the organization while ensuring compliance and risk management.Governance, Compliance & RiskEnsure full compliance with company procurement policies, IT governance standards, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory obligations.Work closely with Legal and Cyber teams to embed data privacy, information security, and regulatory clauses into all IT contracts.Act as the primary commercial interface for strategic IT vendors and technology partners.Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including IT, Digital, Cybersecurity, Finance, Legal, PMO, and Operations.Drive performance management of key IT suppliers, including reviews, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Minimum eligibility requirements and key competencies:Bachelor’s degree in either Procurement Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Preferably Charter Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) qualified12+ years of procurement and sourcing experience, with at least 5 years focused on IT / technology sourcing.Experience sourcing enterprise systems, cloud services, IT infrastructure, and professional services.Strong knowledge of IT sourcing models, licensing structures, cloud commercial models, and managed services.Solid understanding of technology contracts, SLAs, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
