Senior Manager Project Finance

Location: Dubai, UAEReporting to: Head of Project FinanceSalary: AED 50,000 – 55,000 per month (All-in package)A utilities developer in Dubai is seeking a Project Finance Manager with strong experience in financing power and water infrastructure projects. The role will support the structuring, modelling and execution of project finance transactions, working closely with lenders, advisors and internal investment teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project finance modelling, financial analysis and funding structures for power and water infrastructure projectsSupport debt raising and financing processes with commercial banks, DFIs and financial institutionsPrepare and maintain detailed financial models and investment analysisSupport financial due diligence and transaction executionAssist in negotiation of financing agreements, term sheets and loan documentationCoordinate with legal, technical and financial advisors during financing processesPrepare investment committee and internal approval materialsMaintain relationships with lenders, partners and financial stakeholdersRequirements8–12 years’ experience in project finance, infrastructure finance or investment rolesStrong experience within Power, Energy, Water or Utilities sectorsProven exposure to project‑financed infrastructure assetsAdvanced financial modelling and valuation capabilitiesExperience working with banks, lenders and financial advisorsExposure to PPP or large‑scale infrastructure financing structures is advantageousLanguage RequirementsArabic – Fluent (reading, writing and speaking) preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
