JOB PURPOSE:The Senior Manager – Procurement Intelligence is accountable for building and leading the organization’s procurement intelligence capability to enable data-driven, commercially sound, and strategically aligned procurement decisions. The role provides senior leadership with transparent, forward-looking, and actionable insights on spend, suppliers, market trends, risk exposure, and value creation opportunities—ensuring procurement becomes a strategic enabler of business growth, resilience, and cost optimization as the organization scales regionally and internationally.The role acts as a trusted strategic advisor to Procurement, Finance, Strategy, and Delivery leadership, translating complex data into clear insights that shape sourcing strategies, investment decisions, and long-term supply chain positioning.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Procurement Intelligence Strategy & Capability BuildingLead the development and delivery of procurement intelligence capabilities to support strategic sourcing, vendor selection, and commercial decision-making.Data, Insights & Decision SupportProvide clear, actionable insights on spending patterns, supplier performance, market trends, and commercial risks to senior leadership.Support leadership in making investment and sourcing decisions with data-backed scenarios and risk assessments.Governance, Transparency & ReportingEstablish consistent procurement reporting standards and governance dashboards.Ensure transparency in spending, supplier performance, and procurement outcomes.Define and monitor meaningful KPIs.Stakeholder Partnership & InfluencePartner closely with Procurement, Finance, Strategy, and Delivery teams to ensure insights are aligned to business priorities and decision timelines.Provide advisory support to senior leadership in major procurement and investment decisions.Proactively highlight emerging risks in markets, suppliers, or geopolitical conditions affecting procurement.Identify and drive opportunities for: Cost reduction, Value enhancement, Supplier diversification and Risk mitigation.Budgeting and Financial PerformanceMonitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines while promptly reporting on any variances to management.Continuously enhance procurement intelligence processes using global best practices.Explore automation, AI, and digital analytics tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field Or Master’s degree (preferred) MBA, Supply Chain, or Analytics.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:10+ years’ experience in procurement, commercial analytics, or procurement intelligence roles.At least 5 years in a senior analytical or leadership role.Experience in large, complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.Exposure to infrastructure, construction, or capital-intensive industries is highly preferred.JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS:Significant experience in procurement analytics, intelligence, or commercial decision support within large, complex organizations.Strong exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial analysis, ideally in capital-intensive or infrastructure-driven environments.Proven track record of supporting leadership through high-quality analysis and insight.Experience working across multiple stakeholders and navigating complex decision environments.Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to senior audiences.Exposure to advanced analytics, digital tools, or automation is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
