Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Performance Management to establish and lead an enterprise-wide performance framework within a large, complex organisation undergoing transformation.This role will be responsible for defining and governing organisational KPIs, driving data-led performance insights, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. The position partners closely with senior leadership to identify performance gaps, track progress against targets, and enable continuous improvement across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Performance FrameworkDesign and maintain the organisation’s performance management methodology and KPI governance framework.Establish KPI standards, definitions, ownership and calculation logic.Ensure KPIs align with corporate strategy, business plans and operational targets.Implement KPI lifecycle governance including definition, target setting, monitoring and review.Departmental KPI DevelopmentPartner with departments to define measurable KPIs across all functions.Facilitate KPI workshops with business leaders.Translate operational processes into meaningful performance indicators.Ensure KPIs focus on outcomes such as efficiency, effectiveness, quality and value creation.Performance Reporting & InsightsDevelop automated dashboards and performance scorecards.Produce executive-level monthly and quarterly performance reports.Conduct variance analysis against targets and historical performance.Identify risks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.Transformation & Strategic InitiativesDefine and monitor KPIs for major transformation programmes.Track benefits realisation, ROI and operational improvements.Monitor productivity gains, cost savings and adoption metrics.Escalate performance issues and ensure business cases deliver expected outcomes.Data & Analytics GovernancePartner with IT and data teams to automate KPI reporting.Establish a single source of truth for performance data.Ensure consistency in data definitions across the organisation.Build predictive and trend-based performance analytics.Performance GovernanceLead quarterly performance review cycles with leadership.Prepare executive committee reporting packs.Track improvement initiatives and ensure accountability across departments.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related fieldMBA or Master’s in Strategy, Analytics or Management preferredExperience10–15 years of experience in performance management, strategy, consulting or PMO environmentsExperience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsBackground in real estate, infrastructure, construction or other asset-heavy industries is highly desirablePreferred CertificationsKPI Institute / OKR Practitioner / Balanced ScorecardPMP or similar project management certificationLean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)Power BI or equivalent analytics certificationKey SkillsKPI framework design and target-setting methodologiesBalanced Scorecard, OKR frameworks and value driver modellingData analytics and dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau)Business case development and benefits realisation trackingProcess improvement and performance optimisationStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
