Job Description
Refine and drive the global PSP (Payment System Provider) footprint strategyCollaborate and develop existing relationships across PSP (Payment System Provider) partner network and ensuring upkeep of solutionsManage all PSP onboarding and offboarding activitiesEstablish and maintain robust processes and procedures to manage the PSP portfolio across the entire PSP lifecycleUnderstand the business and establish solution to best leverage the complete payment structure (including Crypto) and client experience with paymentsPartner with Commercial and operations teams to plan a roadmap of solutions needed across brands and marketsLead and drive the companys crypto payments strategyResearch identify outreach perform Due Diligence negotiate contracts and onboard new payment solutions working with integrations team on commercials readinessAct as liaison with partner until go live after which integrations team will manage ongoing relationshipKPIs: Coverage of solutions success rates settlements and cost efficiencyPerforms regular competition research and analysisIt is important that you are driving the companys vision and understand the bigger picture. Your role will also be to share this with your teams so they too understand the organization strategy and their own impact to the companys success.You will support with shaping influencing and prioritizing the deliverables required for the team to ensure KPIs are metAs an authentic leader you will empower your teams to collaborate with others and to deliver on the teams KPIsYou will develop the teams skills through the sharing of your knowledge and encouraging their growth through exposure to new learnings/opportunitiesAs the change champion for your team you will ensure that team are aware of any changes and these are understood and embedded across the teamYou will be responsible for the full employee life cycle and ensure that any performance management are addressedQualificationsUniversity Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT/Projects management or in a related field will be considered as an advantageFluency in English with upper level is required (both verbal and written). Any additional language will be considered as an advantagePrevious experience in any Payment provider/Financial institution/Payment institution is a mustUnderstanding of how payment systems acquiring settlements work is a mustExperience within Brokerage environment is an advantageUnderstanding of using crypto currencies as payment method in both B2B and B2C settingComputer literate very good knowledge of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint MS OutlookExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders handle multiple tasks and track and report on progressPrevious experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantagePrevious experience in corporate management/administration will be considered as an advantageMust be detail and result oriented analytical and organized as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creativelyAbility to work collaboratively within a team environment to work in a fast-moving environment and to meet aggressive goals with multiple competing priorities.A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.Provide expertise and support to commercial customer support and Partners teams regarding successful ratio of the implementation of various payment solutions with key strategic partners and merchantsUtilize expertise on market knowledge and data analysis to contribute to our overall product and company successHave experience of managing a team and being involved in all parts of the employee life-cycleAbility to translate the overall company strategy and apply to the direction of your teamDeveloped teams to create an environment of continuous learning and enhance engagementLeading a team to ensure that KPIs are met and to the level requiredAdditional InformationBENEFITS & PERKSWe believe in fairly compensating all our people by providing them with a world-class health insurance plan and a range of both core benefits and flex benefits for individual preferences.
