Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive the training and capability agenda across our retail network. The role will focus on enhancing employee performance, customer experience, and sales productivity through structured training programs and continuous learning initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement the overall Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectivesDevelop and deliver training programs for retail teams including store staff, supervisors, and managersDrive onboarding and induction programs for new hires across storesIdentify training needs through performance analysis, mystery shopping, and KPI reviewsConduct field coaching and store visits to assess training effectiveness and provide real-time feedbackCollaborate with business leaders to improve sales performance and customer experienceDevelop product training modules and ensure alignment with brand standardsManage and track training budgets, calendars, and effectiveness metricsImplement e-learning platforms and digital learning toolsEvaluate training impact using KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, and staff retentionLead and mentor a team of trainers (if applicable)Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development within retail/Luxury RetailStrong experience in sales training, customer experience, and retail operationsProven ability to design and execute training frameworks and competency modelsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with multi-store or regional retail operationsKnowledge of LMS platforms and digital learning tools is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
