Senior Manager - Investment and Transaction Advisory Services

Our Investment and Transaction Advisory Services team adds value to our clients on their major infrastructure projects by helping them understand and manage risks associated with their projects. We assist both our private and public sector clients develop strategies to identify options, obtain approvals, implement, fund and manage their major/mega infrastructure projects through effective planning, transaction structuring, robust value for money analysis, and effective procurement and implementation. For private sector clients, we assist them in a myriad of infrastructure-related advisory services including responding to alternative delivery opportunities through proposal assistance, developing financing/refinancing strategies, managing funding competitions and providing key capital markets advice.The individual will be part of the management team leading our Investment and Transaction Advisory practice in the delivery of high-quality services to top-tier public and private sector clients in our practice by bringing his/her advisory expertise to the team. He/she shall provide expertise in project preparation, business case development, financial modelling, market sounding, project finance, blended finance and other financing tools or mechanisms to mobilize debt financing of large Infrastructure projects. This will be in a wide variety of sectors including mining, power and utilities, oil and gas, social infrastructure, transportation (including airports, railway, roads and ports), waste to energy, and water and wastewater.#J-18808-Ljbffr
