Job Description As the Manager in Applied Intelligence and Analytics at a leading organization, your primary responsibility will be to oversee a team of approximately 10-20 associates, both internal and external, who provide support to Centers of Excellence (COEs) across regions, mainly focusing on business analytics roles. You will play a crucial role in leading the hiring and training process for the team, contributing to the design of career development opportunities, and fostering a culture of connectivity and meaningful work within the team. Your efforts will ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with Hyderabad and market priorities, driving efficiencies within a global operating model. Your role will involve engaging in thought partnership with senior leadership across Applied Intelligence and Analytics (AI&A) to establish and develop the Hyderabad site. You will drive innovation within and across groups and introduce new ideas to the Leadership Team for discussion and alignment. Establishing operating procedures, quality control measures, and productivity metrics for resource allocation and prioritization will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee management of approximately 10-20 associates providing support to COEs across regions, primarily in business analytics roles - Lead hiring and training team, design career development opportunities, and promote a culture of connectivity and meaningful work - Maintain alignment of Hyderabad and market priorities, ensuring high-quality outputs and driving efficiencies - Engage in thought partnership with senior leadership to establish and develop the Hyderabad site - Drive innovation and introduce new ideas to the Leadership Team - Establish operating procedures, quality control measures, and productivity metrics for resource allocation Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree (MBA preferred; quantitative area) - 8+ years of experience in the pharma industry, including consulting companies - Experience managing/leading teams supporting global enterprise - Experience building and developing high-performing teams - Strong project management and interpersonal skills - Strong creative problem-solving skills and business acumen - Strong analytical skills with knowledge of qualitative design, data analysis, and applied statistics - Technical skills: hands-on experience with Tableau and power BI - Experience with forecasting/analytics, modeling platforms, and data manipulation software - Knowledge or experience with pharmaceutical industry data in international markets, including IQVIA In addition to the exciting role and responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive culture that promotes global participation in clinical trials.
