Job Description As an experienced B2B sales professional, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring Account Development Managers and Representatives who create outbound sales opportunities through the ABM (Account Based Marketing) Motion and Territory Model. Your role will involve developing and executing scalable outbound and inside sales strategies to exceed quarterly and annual quotas and revenue goals. Motivating individuals and teams through coaching, one-on-one sessions, metric tracking, and incentives will be crucial in achieving objectives. You will also oversee pipeline metrics, implement processes for healthy funnel development, and ensure the effective use of Salesforce.com and other CRM tools. Collaboration with Sales Operations, Enablement, ADR Managers, and SDR Managers to refine processes, talk tracks, and update training documentation is essential. Additionally, fostering positive working relationships with Marketing and Sales organizations to maximize ADR impact and align company go-to-market strategies will be part of your responsibilities. Providing feedback to website developers, Marketing, and Lead Generation teams to drive high-quality responses to the ADR team is also expected. Furthermore, you will support US clientele and work night shifts as necessary. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 1012+ years of experience in B2B sales with a minimum of 5-6 years in sales management for Inside Sales, Business Development, ADR Teams & SDR teams, preferably in SaaS or technology sales call centers and people management roles. - Proven ability to identify great talent and scale a successful team, with a focus on hiring and training for long-term success. - Experience in adapting to high-growth, fast-paced, or start-up environments. - Proficiency in coaching and feedback methodologies. - Strong knowledge of Pipeline Management and Account Based Marketing. - Familiarity with inbound and outbound tele-prospecting methodologies in a highly automated environment. - Innovative and humble self-starter with the ability to train, coach, and mentor individuals, embodying qualities of Optimism, Passion, and Fun through high motivational energy. - Experience with Salesforce.com is required, while familiarity with Chilipiper, ExecVision/Gong, or Outreach is preferred. - Effective interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to interact with management across different departments.
