Job Description
Lead the comprehensive transformation of the Human Resources function from an operational role into a strategic business partner by:Building a high-performance work environmentDeveloping systems and processesStrengthening competitiveness in attracting top talentKey Responsibilities1. Strategic HR LeadershipDevelop and execute the HR strategy in alignment with the group’s overall objectivesTransform HR from a transactional function into a strategic decision‑making partnerEstablish clear and measurable KPIs across all departments and business unitsMeasure and enhance employee experienceIdentify and address root causes of low productivityBuild a culture centered on discipline, accountability, and performance3. Talent Development & TrainingDesign and implement an annual training plan linked to performance outcomesIdentify skill gaps across all rolesDevelop programs such as second-line leadership, managerial development, and training ROI measurementDevelop and enhance HR policies, procedures (SOPs), and employee handbookImplement and optimize HR systems (HRIS / ERP)Ensure governance and full compliance with Saudi Labor LawBuild a structured and professional recruitment system (beyond CV collection)Enhance sourcing channels and candidate experienceReduce mis-hiring and improve quality of hire6. Performance Management & AccountabilityDesign and implement a robust and effective performance management system (not merely procedural)7. Organizational Design & StructuringLead organizational restructuring initiatives when required to improve efficiency and alignment8. Employee Relations & ComplianceManage employee relations, investigations, and labor casesMinimize legal risks and ensure compliance with labor regulationsQualificationsMinimum 18+ years of experience in Human ResourcesExperience in multi-project environments (construction / engineering preferred)Proven experience managing large-scale organizations (1,000+ employees)Professional certifications such as CIPD and SHRM-SCP.Core CompetenciesStrong leadership capabilities (beyond administrative management)Decisiveness and firmness in decision-makingAdvanced HR data analysis and reporting skillsProven ability to build HR systems, not just manage them#J-18808-Ljbffr
