Senior Manager Government Affairs Near East, Pakistan (NEPA)

The Senior Manager Government Affairs NEPA necessitates a deep understanding of the regulatory and policy environment that impacts Apple. The role will support expansion projects in priority countries and take the lead on key policy issues representing Apple’s position with policy makers, influencers and trade associations. It will build relationships and liaise with internal stakeholders to build knowledge advocacy strategies and achieve results.Masters Degree in Political Science Policy or Economics. Preferably in strategic intelligence and crisis management.10 years of relevant experience in Government organisations and/or tech multinationals.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government officials policymakers and industry stakeholders with experience successfully driving substantial regulatory change to improve operationsDeep understanding of the political and economic landscape and policy building landscape in the NEPA region with specific knowledge of Iraq Pakistan Egypt Saudi Arabia.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective advocacy strategies.Experience in driving business expansion projects in emerging markets.Experience in driving and leading trade association activity.Experience in developing markets such as South Africa Kenya Nigeria Morocco.Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.Ability to navigate complex-matrix environments and diverse cultural environments.Strong networking skills with the ability to develop trust based relationshipsUnderstanding of Apple’s Government Affairs & Public Policy issues and advocacy cultureFluency in English French and Arabic.Required Experience:Senior Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
