Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & HR | UAEWe are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & HR to join a fast-growing consulting-driven organization in the UAE.This role will play a key part in financial planning, project costing, MIS reporting, and manpower utilization, while also overseeing HR operations and supporting leadership with strategic insights.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project costing, profitability tracking, and financial MIS reportingMonitor consultant utilization, project margins, and revenue realizationOversee budgeting, cash flow, receivables, and financial controlsLead and supervise the Finance and HR teamsManage HR operations including payroll coordination, recruitment support, and timesheet managementProvide management dashboards and financial insights to support decision-makingCandidate ProfileCA / CPA / ACCA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification7–12 years of experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, or manpower-driven businessesCandidates currently based in the UAE with UAE experience preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in ERP systems and advanced ExcelExperience in project costing, MIS reporting, and team leadershipIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you or someone in your network, please share your CV to palak@m3consultant.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
