About the job Senior Manager Corporates & MultinationalsWe are looking for an accomplished Emirati professional to join a leading organization as Senior Manager Corporates & Multinationals. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing and growing key corporate relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring excellence in service delivery to both local and international clients.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with large corporates and multinational clients to strengthen the organization’s market presence.Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities, driving sustainable growth and expanding the corporate client portfolio.Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights and tailored solutions that meet their evolving business and financial needs.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that align with corporate objectives and enhance client value.Revenue Growth: Drive profitability through effective account management, cross‑selling, and collaboration with internal teams.Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities.Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory frameworks.Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences.Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular reports and updates on client performance, pipeline activities, and revenue forecasts.Qualifications & Experience:UAE National (with Family Book) MandatoryBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (Masters preferred).812 years of experience in corporate relationship management, business banking, or institutional client management, preferably in the financial services or investment sector.Strong background in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and stakeholder engagement.Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets within corporate or multinational segments.Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and international business practices.High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
