OverviewSenior Manager - Cash Solutions & Channels • Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesRole & ResponsibilitiesManage the full suite of cash management products, including: Collections (receivables, virtual accounts, e-collections); Payments (local, cross-border, bulk payments); Liquidity & cash concentration solutions.Support in defining and prioritizing cash products road map with reference to customer needs, competitive landscape, regulations, and bottom line to increase stakeholder value.Ensure all products are Shariah-compliant and aligned with ADIB’s Islamic banking principles.Conceptualization of new cash products encompassing development of product structure, processes and documentation.Conduct market research and monitor/analyze client and industry trends, including competitor banks’ product capabilities; work with stakeholders to enhance existing products and develop insights, product offering, and potential solutions for clients.Ensure product gaps and opportunities for product market penetration and commercialization are managed properly.Development of business cases and requirement specifications to support new product recommendations.Creating detailed product programs and processes for cash products in coordination with legal, Sharia and different stakeholders in Channels & Integration.Lead corporate channel strategy across:Corporate Online BankingHost-to-Host (H2H)API / Open Banking integrationsSWIFT connectivity (MT/MX, FileAct)Digital OnboardingICCS corporate for remote cheque scanningDevelop GTB customer delivery channels and products to align with the Bank's strategic intent to maximize growth, enhance value, and establish leadership in Transaction Banking.Define a clear channel strategy and a channel evolution roadmap considering global/local trends, business needs, customer experience and the overall digital bank vision.Responsible for cash management channel development from conceptualization to commercialization across UAE and IBG countries.Oversee onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live for corporate clients.Partner with IT, digital, and operations teams to deliver seamless integrations and ensure high availability, scalability, security, and straight through processing (STP).Act as a subject matter expert for corporate cash solutions during sales pitches, RFPs, and client discussions.Identify and implement innovative solutions and capabilities that enhance channels’ ability to attract and retain GTB clients, incorporating and integrating different product features.Support Relationship Managers in structuring complex cash and channel solutions.Drive customer adoption, usage growth, and retention of cash management services.Aim to achieve target NPS of digital channels and explore opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Contribute to cash management revenue targets, pricing discipline, and profitability.Monitor KPIs such as transaction volumes, client penetration, channel adoption, and service quality.Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the corporate portfolio.Support GTB fee revenues through cash solutions and Channels’ enhancements and protect the business from revenue leakages.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and operational risk standards.Manage product governance, documentation, and approvals.Ensure business continuity, fraud risk mitigation, and cybersecurity alignment for all channels.Ensure all audit, legal, security, compliance, and regulatory considerations associated with the delivery of GTB products and services are addressed and documented duly approved.Coordinate with key stakeholders such as legal, Shariah, compliance, operations, IT, credit, marketing and sales to ensure seamless product launch and ongoing operation.Maintain close coordination with project stakeholders for project delivery and commercialization of products with revenue monitoring.Communicate cash products updates, ensuring clear understanding of product capabilities across various customer touchpoints, including sales, relationship managers, and implementation.
