CNS also has state-of-the-art network operation centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that develop in-house software and applications providing end-to‑end solutions to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Applications to lead our Applications Business Unit (BU). This role will be responsible for owning the business unit’s strategy, go‑to‑market (GTM) execution, growth, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical depth, and a clear understanding of enterprise business processes to support CNS’s overall objectives and deliver client‑centric solutions.Duties & ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Business LeadershipDevelop and execute strategic plans aligned with CNS’s business goals for the Applications BU.Define go‑to‑market strategies to drive revenue growth and market presence.Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and business opportunities.Ensure all initiatives are in line with business targets and timelines.Delivery & Operational ExcellenceOversee the full software development lifecycle – from requirement gathering and planning to deployment and support.Ensure delivery excellence, including timeliness, quality standards, and budget adherence.Establish and enforce best practices, development methodologies, and performance standards.Client Engagement & SatisfactionEngage with key clients to understand business needs and technical requirements.Build and maintain long‑term relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.Address escalations and ensure proactive communication with clients.Financial ManagementOwn and manage the BU’s P&L including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.Implement cost‑optimization strategies while pursuing new revenue opportunities.People & Cross‑Functional CollaborationLead, mentor, and develop high‑performing technical and functional teams.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, pre‑sales, and other BUs to ensure alignment on project and delivery goals.Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.Risk, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure projects and solutions are compliant with industry regulations, data protection standards, and internal policies.Proactively identify and mitigate project and business risks.QualificationsEducation:Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Desired: Master’s degree is preferred.Experience:Proven experience in software development, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role overseeing application development, delivery, or business unit management.Skills & Abilities:Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and evolving customer needs.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage budgets effectively, and drive results through cross‑functional collaboration and performance management.Additional Information:Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
