Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage front office operations, ensuring efficient processing of customer requests and queries.Oversee back office operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.Coordinate with seniors to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.Provide exceptional wealth management services to high net worth individuals (HNIs) through effective communication and relationship-building.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Desired Candidate Profile2-7 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.Strong understanding of NBFC regulations and guidelines.Excellent Front Office Operations skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in SENOIR MANAGER software for managing HNI client relationships.
