Job Description

Job Description As a GN Song Specialist at Accenture, you will be part of the Global Network Song functional team aligned with the S&C- Global Network division. Your primary focus will be on providing transformation services in areas such as Marketing Transformation, Commerce & Sales, and Advanced Customer Engagement to clients across marketing, sales, and services departments. By optimizing marketing and sales strategies, you will help clients enhance business performance, improve revenue per customer, and optimize their cost to serve. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team in designing and implementing Sales Transformation solutions for B2B Business, including sales strategy, sales operations, channel strategy, route-to-market strategy, sales force effectiveness, and business process optimization. - Collaborate with clients to drive sales and revenue numbers through a structured, data-oriented approach. - Conduct diagnostics on client data and processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements for future state processes. - Engage in additional opportunities such as market entry strategy development, product launch strategy, sales channel optimization, sales data analysis, and marketing planning. Qualifications Required: - Seasoned professional with extensive experience in large-scale Business/Operational Transformation projects focusing on B2B/enterprise clients. - Strong program management and people management skills. - Experience working with senior executives and understanding industry-specific sales processes and functional needs. - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, develop business proposals, and deliver solutions effectively. - Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. - Proficiency in working in a remote, virtual, and global environment. Your experience of 12-15 years in industries like Telco, Hitech, Software, and Platforms, along with consulting experience in various sales-related areas, will be beneficial for this role. Exposure to front office technology and global operations is desirable.
