Senior Maintenance Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking a strong Maintenance Operations Leader to manage and structure technical operations across a large residential apartment portfolio (800+ units). The role focuses on in-unit maintenance, preventive programs, rapid guest‑impact response, and structured operational control.
