Job Description

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Regulatory and Employee Advisory to join our dynamic legal team. This role will focus on providing expert legal guidance related to regulatory compliance and employment matters, ensuring that the company operates within the framework of applicable laws and best practices in human resources.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic legal advice on labor laws, employment regulations, and regulatory requirements affecting the company's operationsDraft, review, and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor lawsSupport management in resolving complex employee relations issues, disputes, and disciplinary mattersStay abreast of legal developments in labor and employment law and assess their impact on the companyCollaborate with HR and other departments to ensure legal risks are managed effectively across employee lifecycle processesRepresent the company in regulatory matters related to employment and liaise with governmental authorities as requiredConduct training and workshops for management and employees to raise awareness on regulatory compliance and employment best practicesMentor junior legal staff and promote a culture of legal excellence within the teamRequirementsJuris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification with admission to practice lawMinimum of 8 years' experience specializing in regulatory and employment law, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal environmentIn-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and regulatory compliance in relevant jurisdictionsProven ability to manage complex employee relations and regulatory compliance issuesStrong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills in employment and regulatory mattersExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishDemonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding junior legal team membersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment handling multiple prioritiesBenefitsComprehensive benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
