Senior Legal Counsel

This role will primarily support the company’s corporate and secretarial functions to include structuring, governance, and strategic initiatives.Key focus areas:Corporate secretarial, structuring and restructuring of entities and subsidiariesM&A transactions, joint ventures, and investment agreementsCorporate governance frameworks, shareholder matters, and board supportReview and drafting of corporate agreements (SHA, SPA, JV agreements, restructuring documentation)Advising on regulatory and corporate compliance mattersSupporting strategic initiatives involving partnerships, capital structuring, or asset structuringPreferred profile:8–12 years PQE in corporate / transactional lawCommon law jurisdiction qualification and experienceInternational Law Firm experience with real estate, investment or large corporate group clientsStrong experience in UAE corporate law and structuringAbility to interact directly with senior management and external advisors#J-18808-Ljbffr
