OverviewAbout the Role A prominent corporate group with headquarters in Abu Dhabi and operations across the GCC is seeking two Senior Legal Counsel professionals to join their in-house legal function on an outsourced contract basis. This is an immediate requirement with a target start date of the first week of April 2026.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and corporate documentsAdvise on regulatory compliance, employment law, governance and dispute resolutionCoordinate with external law firms and regulatory authoritiesSupport legal policy development and internal compliance trainingProvide legalresearch and risk assessments to senior leadershipQualificationsLaw degree (LLB or equivalent)10–15 years of experience in corporate and commercial lawUAE or wider Middle East experience — essentialFluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantagePackage and durationPackage: AED 45,000–50,000/month, all-inclusive.
