Senior Legal Counsel – Contract

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>About the Role A prominent corporate group with headquarters in Abu Dhabi and operations across the GCC is seeking two Senior Legal Counsel professionals to join their in-house legal function on an outsourced contract basis. This is an immediate requirement with a target start date of the first week of April 2026.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Draft, review and negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and corporate documents</li><li>Advise on regulatory compliance, employment law, governance and dispute resolution</li><li>Coordinate with external law firms and regulatory authorities</li><li>Support legal policy development and internal compliance training</li><li>Provide legal research and risk assessments to senior leadership</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Law degree (LLB or equivalent)</li><li>10–15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law</li><li>UAE or wider Middle East experience — essential</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is a significant advantage</li></ul><h3>Package and duration</h3><p>Package: AED 45,000–50,000/month, all-inclusive.
