We seek to invest in senior capability whose experience, judgment, and professional stature align with the highest standards of our legal practice.The successful candidate will join a firm trusted by multinational corporations, government entities, financial institutions, and prominent private clients on matters requiring discretion, technical excellence, and sophisticated cross-border legal strategy.Key responsibilities include:Leading high-value disputes, arbitrations, and complex advisory engagements.Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across corporate and institutional clients.Delivering commercially grounded counsel within multi-jurisdictional frameworks.Strengthening the firm’s intellectual capital and reinforcing its reputation for legal excellence.Supporting leadership on strategic initiatives tied to regional growth.Mentoring emerging lawyers while fostering a culture defined by rigor, precision, and professionalism.Candidate Profile:We are interested in lawyers whose careers reflect distinction rather than progression alone.Arabic speaker is essential, with professional-level English required for cross-border engagement.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.Experience advising clients across Qatar and the wider MENA region.International exposure preferred.UK Bar or Common Law qualified from a respected jurisdiction is highly desirable.Minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience within elite practice environments.Demonstrated capability in managing complex, high-stakes matters with autonomy.Strong intellectual discipline paired with sound commercial judgment.Executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.A reputation for integrity, discretion, and professional excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
