Senior/LEAD JAVA Developer

Job Description As an experienced Senior/LEAD JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Analyzing and assessing the business needs of the client to find the best solution - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Gathering system requirements, building application specification documents, designing application architecture, and implementing modernized application design - Ensuring applications are secure and up to date - Writing well-designed, efficient code - Reviewing, testing, and debugging team members' code - Leading junior developers team and working with product managers to enhance the product - Interacting with customers and internal teams to identify and analyze development requirements - Prioritizing tasks and executing them throughout the SDLC - Providing technical help to junior developers - Adhering to set internal controls Desired Candidate Profile: - Hands-on experience in developing and designing SaaS applications/platforms for large enterprises - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience in JAX-WS, JAXB APIs, JAX-RS API, Java Message Service API, Spring, Spring Boot, Multithreading, Executor Framework, JSP, jQuery, Ajax, NoSQL Database like DynamoDB, and test-driven development - Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech - AWS certifications and Salesforce knowledge are additional value additions.
