We’re Hiring on Behalf of Our Client: Senior Lawyer (In-House) – DubaiOur client, a well-established and growing international trading and distribution company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lawyer to join their Dubai-based team.This is a strategic opportunity for a senior lawyer to play a pivotal role in supporting complex, cross-border trading operations.The Role:Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a key partner to the business, advising on a broad range of commercial and operational matters across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level support to trading and distribution activitiesDraft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (trading, supply, distribution, logistics, etc.)Advise on cross-border transactions and regulatory frameworksIdentify and mitigate legal and commercial risksCoordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders globallyIdeal Candidate Profile:10–15 years of post-qualification experienceStrong experience in trading / commodities environments is essentialProven expertise in English law (qualification in England & Wales or equivalent strongly preferred)Demonstrated experience in international matters within fast-paced, multicultural environmentsExposure to or experience working with African jurisdictions would be a strong advantageCommercially astute, pragmatic, and able to operate at senior stakeholder levelYou speak arabic or any Subsaharien African Language is a placeWhy This Opportunity?Join a high-performing, international business with significant growth ambitionsWork on complex, cross-border matters with real business impactDubai-based role with regional and global exposure#J-18808-Ljbffr
