Senior Landscape Architect - Bids

We partner with clients to solve complex challenges and build long‑lasting legacies.Job SummaryAECOM's Urbanism + Planning studio is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to oversee bids and proposals, support new business development, and actively participate in proposal development.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor bid management staff.Assist in proposal development and present to potential clients.Write and develop technical proposals, including hands‑on cost proposal development.Support proposal activities with relevant leads.Maintain a list of active projects and provide weekly reports.Identify prospects and pursue opportunities.Conduct market research and reporting for new growth areas.Collaborate with marketing to ensure prerequisites are met on time.Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use.Participate in go/no‑go decision‑making and manage bid from start to finish.Review tender documents, bid/qualification requests, and drawings.Work with discipline leads to produce man‑hour estimates and delivery schedules.Resolve issues with End Markets and Regions to ensure scope and cost accuracy.Obtain quotes from sub‑consultants and negotiate terms per AECOM's contract and Risk Committee requirements.Monitor Salesforce entries for accuracy.Ensure compliance with AECOM policies, record maintenance, and approvals per EMIA Delegations of Authority.Verify legal qualifications and Middle East Risk Committee directives in the final bid.Deliver within proposal deadlines.Prepare and present to Risk Committee for pursuits up to $50 million.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.Experience in bid preparation and proposals for Landscape Architecture.8+ years of similar senior experience.Additional InformationBenefits include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability, paid time off, leaves of absence, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, well‑being resources, employee assistance program, travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.About AECOM is the global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world.
