Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Key Activities:</b></p><p><b>Identifying opportunities to grow accounts based on the best practices and HS values.</b></p><p><b>Analyzing data and details to understand competitors, marketplace, emerging trends, and unmet client needs.</b></p><p><b>Leading internal projects with specific KPIs that contribute to achieving the company targets.</b></p><p><b>Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow your portfolio.</b></p><p><b>Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.</b></p><p><b>Achieve your assigned non-commercial revenue targets besides maintaining operational metrics to improve the performance of your portfolio, which leads to profitability and sustainable growth.</b></p><p><b>Mitigate risks of partner churn by strategically planning.</b></p><p><b>Developing a high-class business review reports to your accounts on monthly and quarterly basis.</b></p><p><b>Supporting KAM teams to improve their performance and reach targets.</b></p><p><b>Communicating and coordinating with internal&external teams to deliver solutions.</b></p><p><b>Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.</b></p><p><b>Leading internal projects and campaigns within the sales department from planning to delivery.</b></p><p><b>Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</b></p><p><b>Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.</b></p><p><b>Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.</b></p><p><b>Manage onboarding queue for shops with internal stakeholders and ensure processes are aligned and followed.</b></p><p><b>Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.</b></p><p><b>Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards.</b></p><p><b>Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.</b></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><b>3-5 years in sales&operations, account management, or relevant experience.</b></p><p><b>Excellent oral and written communication skills (E.g.
