Job Description As a Senior Java Developer for the Global Markets Technology - Rates Electronic Trade Capture team, your role involves developing and maintaining large-scale electronic trade processing applications. You will design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions while collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality code within timelines. Additionally, you will ensure best coding practices, reduce technical debt, support production issues, testing, and integration with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain large-scale electronic trade processing applications - Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions - Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality code within timelines - Ensure best coding practices and reduce technical debt - Support production issues, testing, and integration with global stakeholders Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring - Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns - Expertise with Tibco EMS / RV / IBM MQ / Solace / Apache Pulsar - In-depth knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and memory management - Proficiency with RDBMS such as Sybase or Oracle - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Experience working in global, cross-regional development teams Desirable Skills: - Knowledge of electronic Rates trading - Experience with Apache Camel - Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Build Environments - Exposure to Investment Banking technology Educational Qualification: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred As a Senior Java Developer for the Global Markets Technology - Rates Electronic Trade Capture team, your role involves developing and maintaining large-scale electronic trade processing applications.
