Senior IT Specialist

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Specialist to lead and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hardware, systems administration, network support, security systems, and advanced troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving IT operations.ResponsibilitiesLead installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipmentOversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex hardware and software issuesManage and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, biometric/punch-in systems, and access control systemsInstall, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, drivers, and enterprise softwareProvide advanced technical support to end-users and ensure minimal downtimeAdminister user accounts, permissions, and security policies (including authorized password resets)Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiencyCoordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement and supportMaintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and backup systemsEnsure compliance with IT security policies and best practicesQualifications5+ years of experience in IT technical support or system administrationStrong expertise in Windows operating systems and Microsoft environmentsAdvanced knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and peripheralsProven experience with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and biometric/access control systemsExperience with basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsBenefitsCompetitive salaryVisa company supportComprehensive medical insuranceFriendly international teamComfortable office and workplace#J-18808-Ljbffr
